Most fanfiction apps treat a fandom as a string of text. Ficverse treats it as a place.
Cast lists turn straight into character and ship tags, so a pairing means one thing across the whole app instead of eleven spellings. Follow a fandom, not just an author, and new stories in the worlds you care about find you on their own.
A platform full of other people’s writing only works if the rules are real and the tools are in your hands. So these ship on day one:
- 24 hoursThe longest a report waits for review. Stories, chapters, comments and profiles can all be reported in two taps.
- BlockingA blocked account disappears from your feeds, search and comment threads, in both directions.
- WarningsViolence, self-harm, abuse, major character death: you see them before the first paragraph.
- RatingsEvery story is General, 13+ or Adult. An Adult chapter opens only after you confirm.

When is Ficverse launching?
The iOS app is finished and going through App Store review preparation. This page will carry the App Store link the day it goes live, and there is nothing to sign up for in the meantime.
How much does it cost?
Reading and writing are free. There are no ads or subscription.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18 or later.
How old do I have to be?
You must be at least 13 (or older, where your country requires it). Stories and chapters are labelled General, 13+ or Adult, and an Adult-rated chapter opens only after you confirm you want to read it. Ficverse does not verify your age, so if you are under 18 you must not open Adult-rated content.
